Creators retain full ownership of their product concepts at all times. Listing a pitch on LaunchSlate does not transfer, license, or grant any rights to your intellectual property. You can remove your listing at any time.
Every submission is recorded with a timestamp tied to your account. This creates a verifiable record of when your concept was first listed — useful if you ever need to establish prior art or a timeline of disclosure.
By browsing or requesting pitch details, you agree not to copy, replicate, build upon, or distribute the specific concepts you access without the express written consent of the creator. LaunchSlate connects buyers and sellers — it does not sanction unauthorized use of listed ideas.
Creators can lock detailed sections (like the full solution) behind an inquiry gate. When you request access, you are explicitly agreeing that any information shared is for evaluation purposes only. Confidentiality of disclosed details is your responsibility.
All deals, agreements, and transfers of rights happen directly between creators and buyers. LaunchSlate facilitates the connection but is not a party to any transaction. We encourage you to use formal agreements (NDAs, licensing contracts) when sharing sensitive IP details.
If you believe someone is misusing a concept you listed, contact us at support@launchslate.com. We'll investigate and take action including account suspension where warranted.
Every listed pitch carries this badge. It signals to buyers that the concept belongs to its creator and that accessing it comes with clear responsibilities.
