LaunchSlate Confidentiality Template · Effective upon acceptance
This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("NDA") covers all information shared under it, including but not limited to: the specific pitch details, solution methodology, product concept, intellectual property ("IP"), business model, technical approach, and any other materials provided by the creator ("Disclosing Party") through LaunchSlate in connection with this pitch. All such information is collectively referred to as "Confidential Information."
By accepting this NDA, you (the "Receiving Party") agree that you will NOT, without the express prior written permission of the creator:
Your confidentiality obligations under this NDA survive for two (2) years from the date you accept it. After this period, information that has become publicly known through no breach of this agreement is no longer covered. Information that remains non-public continues to be protected under applicable trade secret and IP law.

LaunchSlate facilitates this NDA between the Receiving Party (you) and the Disclosing Party (the creator). LaunchSlate is not a party to this agreement and bears no liability for breaches of confidentiality by either party. Enforcement of this NDA is solely between the creator and the recipient. LaunchSlate may, at its discretion, suspend accounts found to be in breach of platform Terms.
This NDA is governed by general principles of contract and confidentiality law. By accepting, you acknowledge that breach may result in legal action by the creator, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and/or recovery of legal costs. See also LaunchSlate's Terms of Use & IP Protection.
Creator-Controlled IP Protection
Creators on LaunchSlate choose when to require this NDA. When they do, this agreement governs your access. LaunchSlate maintains a timestamped log of all acceptances for evidentiary purposes.
